压力渗透pressure penetration

对与流体接触的part添加边界压力，使流体压力渗透点的接触应力与流体压力相等，以便得到真实的变形结果，就需要用到“pressure penetration”。但是在ansys中，只能通过ADPL的形式添加，即在workbench中添加命令流的形式。此文主要介绍了压力渗透的添加要点和命令流使用说明。在这里插入图片描述

命令1：CMSEL

CMSEL, Type, Name, Entity Selects a subset of components and assemblies.

命令2：ELSN

ESLN, Type, EKEY, NodeType Selects those elements attached to the selected nodes.

命令n：SFE

SFE, ELEM, LKEY, Lab, KVAL, VAL1, VAL2, VAL3, VAL4 Specifies surface loads on elements.

ELEM If ALL, apply load to all selected elements [ESEL]. If ELEM = P, graphical picking is enabled and all remaining command fields are ignored (valid only in the GUI). A component name may be substituted for ELEM.KVAL:Value key. If Lab = PRES: 0 or 1 VAL1 through VAL4 are used as real components of pressures. 2 VAL1 through VAL4 are used as imaginary components of pressures.

渗透压力tip 渗透压力只能施加在contact pairs上，且每一接触对只能添加一个渗透压力载荷每一个渗透压力载荷可施加在每一接触对的Target or Contact or both渗透压力的接触压力面应为单独的接触对，否则应分开设置施加载荷面在这里插入图片描述

2020.3.26总结于O形圈密封仿真起始点问题如果出现明明定义了渗透压力起始点，结果仍然出现了其他起始点的问题？这是因为在命令流中并未删除系统默认的起始点。需要加入如下命令 sfe,all,2,pres,,-1 -1表示删除其默认起始点 code改为 cmsel,s,pressure3 !Named selection represents all nodes on lower half of seal face esln,s,1 !select elements attached to nodes esel,r,type,,cid_3 !reselect only the contact elements with type 'cid_3' ! sfe,all,1,pres,,10 !apply fluid pressure of 10Mpa to selected contact elements sfe,all,2,pres,,-1 !delete default start points ! cmsel,s,start3 !select starting point esln esel,r,type,,cid_3 !reselect only contact element attached to starting point sfe,all,2,pres,,1 !specify the above location to be initially exposed to fluid pressure ! allsel !reselect all elements
